Recent Concrete & Wood Stove install!

We recently installed a custom made fine concrete hearth pad and wall pad along with a Morso contemporary wood stove in White Salmon, WA manufactured home.

“We just had TGA install a contemporary wood stove and custom concrete hearth. We received excellent service from beginning to end. Chris helped us come up with a design to our liking, matching the concrete color to the color scheme of our house, and making artistic suggestions. They were completely professional: prompt, reliable, honest, detail oriented. The installation went quickly and they were respectful of keeping my home clean. The final result is absolutely perfect!”

Fine Concrete

What is fine concrete?

Fine Concrete is defined as: countertops, sinks, fireplace surrounds, shower surrounds, planters, furniture, floor tiles, etc that is created out of concrete.  The science, methods, and technology has advanced tremendously just in the last 10 years for fine concrete.  The demand for fine concrete has grown greatly in recent years because of it’s flexibility in design and color.  Architects, designers, and homeowners now have more range because of this.  Each piece that we make is custom.  We can follow a drawing on a napkin or computer generated diagram.

Concrete is generational.  Concrete has been found in the Roman Colosseum and the Egyptian Pyramids.  This gives you an idea of the longevity of this product.  Imagine how many generations you could pass it down through.  You can pass it down with your cast iron pans. :)

I would love everyone to have a piece of fine concrete but want to educate you so you’ll be informed of it’s tendencies. If you get your face 2″ from the surface looking for imperfections then fine concrete is probably not for you.  Each piece is unique in the sense that the chemical reaction differs from one to the next.  We can’t produce pieces that look exactly alike.

The uniqueness of each piece is the real beauty of fine concrete. The natural way the concrete patines over time puts it in a category of it’s own.
